Our crews place and profile unbonded monostrand tendons per the post-tension engineer's drawings, coordinate cable paths around MEP sleeves and blockouts, and verify chair heights to maintain the designed tendon drape. After concrete placement at typical strengths of 4,000–5,500 PSI, we stress each tendon to the specified force and record elongation measurements to confirm that friction losses and seating are within ACI 423 tolerances. Every stressing operation is documented and submitted to the engineer of record.
